Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital product

Paid features on Land Compass (e.g. the ₹149 pack of 10 ownership-chain views) are digital, delivered instantly to your account on successful payment.

2. Cancellation

Because credits are delivered instantly, orders cannot be cancelled once payment is captured.

3. Refunds

We will issue a full refund if:

  • You were charged but credits were not added to your account, or
  • You were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error.

Refund requests outside these cases are reviewed case-by-case at our discretion. Refunds, when approved, are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days. Bank processing times may add additional days.

4. How to request a refund

Email us via the Contact page within 7 days of the payment. Include the payment ID or order ID shown on your receipt.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — most issues are resolved faster directly.
