Verification & Trust Score Methodology

How our scores and workflows work — at a glance.

Trust Score (0–100)

A composite of: document completeness and category coverage, evidence source weighting (owner-confirmed and professionally verified evidence weighs more than unverified third-party uploads), professional review outcomes, government-record matches and dispute history. Scores are recomputed when new evidence is added, approved, rejected or challenged.

Risk Score

Flags inconsistencies between documents and registry data, gaps in the ownership chain, open disputes and missing critical documents (sale deed, mutation, tax receipts, encumbrance certificate, survey).

Confidence Score

Measures how much independent evidence supports a given fact (current owner, parcel boundary, area). Higher confidence means more sources agree; it is not a guarantee of legal correctness.

Verification workflows

Owners can confirm uploads, invite contributors (brokers, co-owners, family representatives) and commission professional reviews from lawyers and surveyors. Only owner-confirmed or professionally-reviewed evidence contributes positively to Trust Score; broker and other third-party uploads remain visible but score-neutral until approved.
