1. What we collect

• Account data: email, name, password hash, sign-in provider.
• Profile and listing data: parcels, ownership records and photos you submit.
• Payment data: billing name, address and contact captured at checkout (required by Indian export-payment regulations). Card and UPI credentials are handled directly by our payment processor, Razorpay — we never see or store them.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser info, error logs.

2. How we use it

To operate the Service, process payments, prevent fraud, communicate with you about your account, and improve the product.

3. Sharing

We share data with infrastructure providers (hosting, database, analytics) and with Razorpay for payment processing. We do not sell personal information.

4. Retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active, and payment records for the period required by Indian tax and accounting law.

5. Your rights

You may access, correct or delete your account data by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable time.

6. Security

We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong password and report suspected breaches to us promptly.

7. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 18.
