Delivery Policy

Digital delivery only

Land Compass sells digital access only — there are no physical goods, and nothing is shipped by post or courier.

Timing

Credits and unlocked features are added to your account immediately after your payment is captured by our payment processor, Razorpay. In rare cases of network delays, delivery may take a few minutes; if your credits have not appeared within 30 minutes, contact us.

Confirmation

You will see a confirmation in-app and receive an email receipt from Razorpay. Your updated credit balance is visible on the account page.
